DIET PILL FAQ’S

Q1. ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS IN EACH PILL?IF SO, WHAT ARE THE MOST COMMON?

The side-effects varies from one individual to another. Remember that not even twins have the same DNA/gene-structure. The effect depends on the biological metabolism, calories and excess carbohydrate build-up in each person. There MAY be a side-effect to me that may differ to you or none at all. Common side-effects expected that is actually quite normal are as follows: dehydrated-feeling (I just bring along a bottled water wherever I go) and increase in the frequency of urination.

Q2. HOW DOES THE DIET PROCESS WORK?

As previously mentioned, expect a dehydrated-feeling. With this effect, an individual tends to drink more water. The water, together with the herb ingredients of the pill, it helps flush-out and detoxifies excess carbs and calories while some nourishes the required vitamins and minerals necessary to produce enough calorie needed by the body, this results to the decrease in appetite and food intake. The herbs also control the area that causes the “craving” source in each individual.

Q3. UNTIL WHEN WILL I TAKE THE PILL? HOW MANY BOXES SHOULD I TAKE? WILL I SEE THE DIFFERENCE AFTER 1 BOX? HOW ABOUT AFTER A WEEK?

Again, these questions are dependent in each individual’s body and amount of excess fats. Take the pill until you reach your desired weight and/or structure. You have the option to get a much lower dose of any diet pill brand as maintenance or simply stop taking any. For medium-sized people, those with below 10lbs to lose, the effect MAY take effect after 1 box or even after a week. For large-sized individual, effect MAY take place after a month or after taking 3-4 boxes.

Q4. WHAT ABOUT THOSE 5-DAY SLIMMING AND 7-DAY SLIMMING MIRACLE PILLS?

I do find these brands outrageous (although I do offer these items too) since as mentioned, we have different metabolic reaction. It may have an immediate effect, especially to those medium-sized people but still, for an individual to lose weight further, you have to take the pill continuously, even after the “5-day/7-day” period. So technically, it will still be a continued pill intake after the 5/7 days timeline. These type of diet pills are recommended to age levels between 20-25 years old.

 Q5. ARE THERE ANY RELAPSE?

Bad news, some diet pills do HAVE a RELAPSE effect. Again, this issue is dependent on the body type. If the inherited genes came from a family that are usually large-types or has a tendency to be eventually large, a maintenance pill is normally recommended to control the development of being large but you have the option to maintain it by adhering to a healthy type of living such as religious exercise and prevention of taking food with high carbo and calories. If a person has the tendency to absorb and maintain the component necessary to control food intake (which is by the way, met a few), that is definitely good news. Relapse MAY take some time or NONE at all.
