How To Order
Through the years that we've been serving clients worldwide, we compiled all their wish list in terms of their online shopping experience in our site. Now, we are glad to inform everyone that YOU CAN NOW SHOP using our SHOPPING CART facility! A functionality being requested by most of our international regular and valued customers. As always, we want to protect our customers from any untoward incident hence for security purposes, the shopping cart facility shall be strictly used to facilitate immediate sales invoice issuance only. Note that our online shop is not equipped with online payment processing. We now accept international payment method such as Paypal and crrently accepting Credit/Debit card payments through Western Union and Xoom. Payment processing is made independent of our site and through their secured site access for our customers' protection.
Manual Order Method (Email) - Choose your preferred products.
- Send us an email with your complete product list, location details and preferred payment method.
- Sundry Online Shop will email your draft sales invoice within 24-48 hours after receiving your email order. This will include the details of preferred payment method and our Term of Service.
- Upon payment, please send us a message together with the payment/deposit details (e.g. MTCN, Control Number, etc). Once payment has been verified, validated and confirmed by Sundry Online Shop, we will facilitate order shipping within 24 to 48 hours.
- Once we have shipped your order, we will send the corresponding airway bill so you can track the package location status online through an independent site of our international/local courier partner.
Note: No payment processing will be made on this site for security and anti-fraud purposes. All payments (credit card and other method) shall be processed independently through our payment processor’s own site (e.g. Xoom, Western Union, Paypal). Delivery Lead Time: International: Maximum 15-20 Days Local: Minimum of 1 Day and Maximum of 3 Days (N.Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
Order Method Online (Shopping Cart) NEW CUSTOMERS - Choose preferred product by clicking ADD TO CART
- For more than one product purchase, click CONTINUE SHOPPING and ADD TO CART function
- If online shopping is complete, click CHECKOUT
- Fill-out the BILLING/SHIPPING INFORMATION details. Note that fields with asterisk (*) are required fields to complete the process. Please choose the correct STATE/LOCATION for the proper computation of shipping fee.
- Your registration details will be emailed to your valid and existing email address for future online shopping use. Your email address will also be used for the email copy of your draft sales invoice.
- Confirm your SHIPPING ADDRESS details by clicking NEXT. Should you have multiple SHIPPING address, enter the details where you want your current order to be shipped then click NEXT.
- Select preferred payment method, this will be the basis of the information to be given by Sundry Online Shop once your order is confirmed.
- After choosing preferred method, you are now a step away from completing your online order processing. You will see a preview of the total amount of your order, preferred payment method and shipping address detail. You can also leave a message on the field provided. To complete your order processing, please read our TERMS OF SERVICE and if acceptable, put a tick mark and click CONFIRM ORDER.
- Your order processing is now COMPLETE. We will automatically send a copy of the draft sales invoice to your valid email address for reference purposes or you may likewise view it by clicking FOLLOW THIS LINK TO VIEW THE ORDER DETAILS.
- We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours for the payment information detail based on your preferred payment method stated during the order placement processing.
- Upon payment, please send us a message together with the payment/deposit details (e.g. MTCN, Control Number, etc). Once payment has been verified, validated and confirmed by Sundry Online Shop, we will facilitate order shipping within 24 to 48 hours. You may login to our site using the information we sent through email to check on the shipping completion status.

RETURNING CUSTOMERS - Login to our site using the details sent to your email during the first transaction
